In the various Apple Watch reviews, we caught glimpses of the box that the wearable will be presented in. It’s a typically minimal, white box that you’d expect from Apple with the logo embossed on the top.
We know from interviews with Apple design chief Jony Ive that the box that accompanies the Apple Watch Edition is a little more premium to match its luxurious contents. Now, leaked pictures have emerged pertaining to show this box in all its splendor.
As you can see in the image above, the box is wrapped in premium leather with a soft suede material lining the inside. The box also doubles as a charging dock with the Watch attaching to a MagSafe adapter sitting inside the box. On the rear, you can see a port for providing power to this internal MagSafe charger.
The rest of the box’s contents — including charger and how-to guide — sit hidden inside a separate compartment inside the main outer box, shown below.
