Ever since the launch of the iPhone 5s, waiting times for the device have been pretty darn long. Even today, there was a report that people are still waiting in line at some Apple Stores in Manhattan hoping to get their hands on Apple’s latest flagship device. Fortunately for those still patiently waiting for the lines to die down, it looks like your time is now. According to Apple’s online store, shipping times for the 5s have dropped to just 1-2 weeks.
This is good news for iPhone fans everywhere as Tim Cook and Co. are finally catching up to the worldwide demand of the newest smartphone from the company. The phone had previously been so backordered right after launch that the company had stopped giving a weekly time frame, and was instead just telling customers that the device would ship sometime in October.
Are you planning on placing an order for an iPhone 5s now that the waiting time is down to just one or two weeks? If so, are you glad that you waited until the supply was finally caught up with the demand? Leave a comment below or tweet me at @TiP_Griffin.
