Apple iPhone hits top spot in J.D. Power smartphone satisfaction, again

Twice a year, J.D. Power releases its customer satisfaction results and is widely regarded as the standard in any consumer happiness measurement. Apple – for the past 5 years – hasn’t failed to finish top of the survey. That run is set to continue for a little while longer as iPhone finished first again with a score of 861 out of 1,000 for the tenth time in a row.

In comparison, Samsung finished with 827 with HTC and Motorola ending up with 812 and 807 respectively.

Guess this is before the 5C and ios7 was released because it seems a lot of people are complaining about this (I dont know why or how this happens every time a new iOS version is released).  I have plenty of iPHone users who still wont download ios7 for these reasons.  For all the Android complaints, I have a 2 year old Galaxy Nexus with the latest Android version and never had any issues.  ( wouldnt buy a non-Nexus Android and with rumors that a high end Nexus 5 may be under 400, it sounds like a great value for no contract plans)
