Pulse is perhaps one of my personal favorite news apps on iOS. I enjoy the interface, and I’m pretty much a news junkie. Last month, the company was purchased for $90 million by networking site, LinkedIn, and the first major update to the app since the acquisition has finally rolled out.
The new update includes, of course, the ability to share news stories to others using LinkedIn. This is a good sign for the app, as it shows that LinkedIn is committed to continuing development of the app. Check out the updated app on the App Store. What do you think of the acquisition? Do you think it was a good purchase for LinkedIn? Let us know by leaving a comment below!
