A U.S. District Judge has thrown out a lawsuit filed against Apple regarding power level maintenance in CDMA 3G technology.

The suit, filed by Golden Bridge, sued Apple in 2010 over claims that Apple had infringed on patents regarding the technology. Golden Bridge also has suits filed against AT&T, Motorola Mobility, and Amazon.
Judge Sue Robinson threw the case out on the grounds that “the record evidence remains consistent with the finding of non-infringement”.
Golden Bridge plans to appeal the decision.
