J.D. power stars released today show that the iPad sits at the top of customer satisfaction ratings.
The survey, which encompassed 1857 tablet users, marked Volume One of J.D. powers “2013 U.S. tablet satisfaction study”. In the survey the iPad scored a customer satisfaction rating of 836 out of 1000, just 6 points ahead of Amazon’s rival tablet the Kindle Fire.
In four of the five categories assessed the iPad came out on top, performance, ease of operation, styling and design and features. The Kindle Fire trumped the iPad in the “cost” category, although with the price difference between the two devices, that’s not really surprising.
