Each year, Glassdoor releases its list of the 50 highest rated CEOs. This year, the top spot was sealed by Mark Zuckerburg, who was also had the most improved rating overall. In 2012’s list he was 15th, but a rating of 99% this year ensured that only one other company’s CEOs were as highly rated: SAP’s Bill McDermott & Jim Hagemann Snabe. Tim Cook didn’t do as well this year, having slipped four places down to 18th position in the list with a respectable rating of 93%.
The biggest reason for Cook’s slip down the order sheet is that Apple’s growth has remained virtually stagnant. Although Apple posted record revenue, profits and sales for the last quarter, growth year-on-year was the same as the one previously.
