Our friends over at TmoNews have come across a potentially very tasty piece of information: the carrier’s first 7 LTE markets are going live in a few days time. At least, if this official-looking internal leak is anything to go by. The list includes Las Vegas, Phoenix, San Jose, Houston, Washington DC, Kansas City and Baltimore. If all goes according to plan, Magenta colored 4G LTE will light up the skies in those cities on March 26th. You’ll be glad to know that if you have an unlocked iPhone 5 you’ll be able to use the carriers 4th generation network, unless you have an international iPhone.
This news coincides with the announcement by Tmo that it would be carrying Apple products from some point in 2013, along with its plans to shake up the traditional subsidy/phone market with its UNcarrier plans. Stay tuned for more.
