FreedomPop’s 4G iPhone case delayed
If you were hoping to use 4G on your iPhone 4 or 4S in the United States, you may have to wait just a little bit longer.
FreedomPop announced today that its iPhone 4 and 4S case that grant access to 4G networks has been delayed by the Federal Communications Commission in the United States. Although FreedomPop apparently already has 5,000 of the cases in the United States, the FCC has blocked it from shipping the cases out to consumers. There has been no announcement about when the cases are expected to be shipped, but fortunately this news does not affect FreedomPop’s new 4G case for the iPod Touch.
