AT&T’s LTE network expanded to 10 new markets

When it comes to 4G LTE networking in the States, AT&T is a little way behind its biggest competitor, Verizon. That said, ‘Big Blue’ is wasting no time in rolling out the superfast cellular network. Today sees the arrival of true 4G in another 10 towns/cities, listed below:

  • Boulder, Colo.
  • Hartford, Conn.
  • New Haven, Conn.
  • Boise, Idaho
  • Bowling Green, Ky.
  • Lexington, Ky.
  • Harrisburg, Pa.
  • Lancaster, Pa.
  • Providence, R.I.
  • Ogden, Utah

That’s now 15 new markets in the space of a week for the US’ number 2 carrier, and more will surely come as it attempts to close the gap on ‘Big Red’. Perhaps Apple chose the best timing for LTE-equipped devices to be released after all. This year has been frantic in terms of tower upgrades and expansion.
