iPhone 5 not coming to Tmo, 3G/4G compatibility on the way?
In the last 24 hours, our good friends over at TmoNews have received a couple of interesting pieces of news regarding T-Mobile and the next iPhone, although I’m afraid, it could be bad news…
The first piece of news suggests that T-Mobile is not going to get the iPhone 5. One e-mail shows that in September, T-Mobile will train its staff to “sell against the iPhone”, beginning on September 21. You need no reminding that this is the rumored launch date for the next iPhone. The deduction appears to be that if the staff are being taught how to stop people buying the iPhone the day the iPhone 5 comes out, they’re probably not going to be getting it, counter-productivity and all that…

The second piece of news shows that tomorrow Monthly4G Micro SIM kits will begin arriving at T-Mobile, the email specifically says:
“This new format includes a Micro SIM /kit, which is compatible with the iPhone 4 and 4S, allowing customers to bring their unlocked iPhone to the T-Mobile network”

TmoNews has also received news of in-store flyers showing customers the savings they can make by switching their iPhones over to T-Mobile, as you can see below. The flyer claims over $1500 worth of saving over 2 years when compared with AT&T, If I was an AT&T customer, I would be straight over there with my iPhone, how about you?

Will the new sim cards let you get 3G speed or will it still be the old 2g speed that you got with the old sim cards that you had to cut ?????
