It seems like there’s no stopping Rovio’s Angry Birds game. Usually when there’s a really popular iOS game, it sits atop the Top 25 list for a few weeks or even a few months, but eventually it fades away in favor of the next big thing. Angry Birds, though, seems to have found the secret to remaining one of the most popular apps on iOS and many other major mobile platforms.

Today the company behind the incredibly popular game, Rovio, released a video thanking fans for one billion downloads. I mean, I thought the billion-download celebrations were reserved for Apple in reference to the entire app store… but for one single brand of apps to accumulate those numbers is beyond impressive.
