Apple attempts to block sales of HTC smartphones
I bet you didn’t see this one coming right? (Sigh – yep, me too.) Maybe with Apple having taken a break from its usual iPhone launch craziness at this time of year, the tech giant has decided to aim its focus elsewhere – mostly upon pointless lawsuits. Just in case you’d become bored of the Apple vs. Samsung fiasco, Cupertino decided to broaden its aim by swiping at HTC. According to BGR:
“Apple on Monday filed a new patent complaint with the International Trade Commission looking to block the sale of several HTC devices it claims infringe on its patents, Bloomberg reports.”
Is anyone else getting fed up of these lawsuits yet? It’d be interesting to see which HTC devices are being targeted. I, for one, have never become confused between an iPhone and a HTC phone.

Anyone remember the Consumer trust violation suit filed by AMD against Intel in the past? The story ensued, that Intel paid BIG money for companies to buy their processor first before AMD. Then as AMD found out about this, SUED Intel out their A$$ and had a far more "superior" processor than Intel could come up with. This story is the same darn thing. If every consumer Sued Apple for Consumer choice Violations, apple would go broke just in settlements. LOL, Who here agrees with this?? Apple, your going to end up dead in the water like you were in the past when the first computers were made and you didn't have anything till 6 years later, and everyone else was on the PC and was a much more stable system. Admit it apple your not GOD when it comes to smart phones, because if you were smart you'd know what to come out with next, and done so already......morons.
