There had been rumors a while back, of Apple once again trying to take on the likes of the PS3, Xbox and Wii with its own console. It seems though that Cupertino has chosen a different route in to the gaming market. Who’d have guessed it was with the iPad 2?
Firemint, developer of Real Racing 2, has announced that the next update for the game will include 1080p output. So, if you have an iPad 2, get yourself the adapter kit from the Apple store and soon you could be playing high definition games on your TV, using the iPad as a control. Looking at the promo vid, it looks pretty awesome.
