Is there anyone on Planet Earth who still doesn’t acknowledge the mass-market, mainstream adoption of the iPhone? For cryin’ out loud, even Homer Simpson has one!

Me likey this Simpsons intro — it crams a lot into 10 seconds: The fun of apps, the alluring god-complex of being lord and master of your environment (even if it is an iPhone environment), the stress of always being reachable by the evil boss.

The cartoon “couch gag” as reflection of this modern technological life? Why not? Or you could just take this little clip for what it is: A fun little goof that almost makes me want to start watching The Simpsons again.
