Japanese Apple blog Macotakara is now reporting that the 2017 ‘iPhone 7s’ will come in a new Red color, in addition to the existing Black, Jet Black, Silver, Gold, and Rose Gold color options.

The site has had a decent track record in the past in regards to unreleased Apple products. It predicted that the iPhone 7 would come without a headphone jack.

KGI previously reported that Apple would introduce three new iPhones in 2017. Two of which will be the successor to the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, while the third will be a brand new iPhone with an OLED display and new design.

Piecing the rumors together, it seems like Macotakara is referencing the successor to the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, dubbed iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus.

Though, Macotkara is reporting that the 7s series of devices will not include wireless charging or an all glass enclosure. It’d simply be an internal upgrade, with the exception of the new color.
