As the service was launching in France, Apple Pay has now expanded to Hong Kong. Starting with support for Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards issued by Hang Seng Bank, Bank of China (Hong Kong), DBS Bank (Hong Kong), HSBC, Standard Chartered, and directly from American Express.
According to Apple’s Hong Kong website, Apple Pay will soon support Hong Kong’s Bank of East Asia and Tap & Go.
Of course, Apple Pay is available in-store on the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone SE, and Apple Watch, and supports in-app on the iPad Air 2, iPad mini 4, and both the iPad Pro models.
And just like anywhere else in the world, Apple Pay is available anywhere contactless payments are supported, including: 7-Eleven, KFC, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, Pacific Coffee, Su-Pa-De-Pa, Taste, ThreeSixty, Uny, and more.
