Alongside iOS 9.3.2 and tvOS 9.2.1, Apple is chugging along now releasing watchOS 2.2.1 to the public. Just like iOS 9.3.2, we don’t expect anything major in the release.
In fact, Apple seemingly forgot to push updates to watchOS, and completely dropped beta testing midway, while continuing to release new beta upgrades to the other operating systems.
To install the update, you’ll need your Apple Watch connected to its charger and have at least 50% battery.
