Misfit Unveils Black Friday Promotions On Wearable Devices

Misfit, makers of wearable activity tracking devices Flash and Shine, has announced its Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals and the company is offering some hefty price cuts.

Misfit’s Shine wearable will be available for $79.99 — that’s $20 off the full retail price. The coin-sized aluminum activity tracker fared well in our review:

I’ve learned a heck of a lot about my own daily routine from using it, and in a way that didn’t require any extra effort. I just wear it around my wrist and remember to open up the app every now and then to sync the information.

This is the key to any great technology: The tech itself should just get out-of-the-way and let you do what you want to do. Shine does that admirably.

Misfit’s more recent Flash wearable was a cheaper alternative to the Shine at just $50 — something we highlighted as a real plus point in our review when we first got ahold of one. For Black Friday, Misfit is halving that price to $24.99 making the Flash an absolute steal.
