The Most Tempting IPhone Alternative? Samsung Galaxy Note II, According To TiP Readers [POLL Results]

Earlier in the week, we opened up a poll to our iPhone-loving readers to find out which other device they had an interest in. Or, if there was no iPhone, which they would have. First choice, by a long way, was the Samsung Galaxy Note II.

Samsung’s massive industry-leading “phablet” hosts a ton of impressive features and specs, chief of which is the awesome S-Pen. In second and third place with 19.5% and 17% respectively were the Nexus 4 by LG and Nokia’s Lumia 920.

Behind the top three is a substantial gap then in 4th, joint 5th and 7th were the Droid DNA (6.8%), One X+ (5.7%), Windows Phone 8X (5.7%) and the DROID RAZR MAXX HD (5.32%).

What surprised me was the lack of interest in HTC’s devices. Despite having some of the best hardware available, and arguably the best displays on the market, people just aren’t keen on the Taiwan-based company’s products.
