A survey conducted by JD Power and Associates shows that Apple’s iPad ranks highest in tablet customer satisfaction. Every other company’s tablet ratings were significantly lower, with the Amazon Kindle coming in second and Samsung’s tablet line ranking in third place.
These rating were judged on 4 categories: performance, ease of operation, style and design, and features. All the devices were judged on a point scale out of one hundred along with a rating scale of 0-5 circles.
Apple scored a 848 and had five out of five circles, placing it just above the industry standard of 832 with three circles, along with Amazon’s reading-based tablet line. There are also plenty of other minor statistics to consider on the survey webpage, so it’s definitely worth a look.
