Okay everyone, we had the weekend off from Apple/Samsung news following the big court decision, and now we are back at it. Did you really think it was all over? Hope not. Apple, following its win in court last week, is now looking to have eight of the phones included in the case banned from sale.

All of these phones were found to have infringed on Apple patents, and now, Apple believes, should be banned from sale. The Verge is reporting the following phones are included:

– Galaxy S 4G
– Galaxy S2 (AT&T)
– Galaxy S2 (Skyrocket)
– Galaxy S2 (T-Mobile)
– Galaxy S2 Epic 4G
– Galaxy S Showcase
– Droid Charge
– Galaxy Prevail

Also, they have posted a chart showing those eight phones and which patents they were found guilty of infringing on, which can be found below.

The report is also stating that the impact on sales would not be much, seeing as many of these devices are either discontinued or have a newer successor (SGSIII for most) already on the market.

Also as you can see, none of the phones violate just one, so there is just that much more evidence that Apple will most likely be granted the ban on these devices. Hurray for more court decisions…

What do you think? Sick of this Apple vs. Samsung news? Ready for them both to just move on? Let us know in the comments.
