Apple is known to have the most user friendly software in the business. Its operating system is simple, intuitive, and easy to use. Still, there are times when you might want to learn how to do more with your iPhone. That’s where One to One comes in.
One to One is Apple’s hands-on support system in place to help teach, train, and show people how to get the most out of their multi-use devices. Whether it be learning some new software you just installed on your Mac, or showing the elderly everything their new product is capable of, One to One does the lot.
Well thanks to some new information from Cult of Mac and Macerkopf.de, we’ve learned that One to One now does more. Once signed up for One to One, you’ll get the following new features. A website with the ability to add notes, make reservations, read tips and tricks, and it also includes VoiceOver support.
Cult of Mac wrote about the other new features in the following post on their site:
“In addition to its one-hour sessions, Apple has also introduced 30-minute ones for smaller projects, and it has also decreased the length of its “Personal Projects” sessions — where users can get additional help for special projects — to 90 minutes. These have also be renamed to “Open Training.”
These are awesome and welcome additions to the service. I know many people that get a new iDevice and want to learn how to get the most out of it. Once again, Apple shows why it was top-ranked in customer service and consumer reviews.
Are you guys going to be taking advantage of any of these new features? Or do you not use One to One? Let us know down in the comments section.
