In a new leak this morning (yes, another), GeekBar revealed they’ve obtained schematics supposedly for the upcoming iPhone 6 that point to a 128GB model. This is now the fourth leak from the Chinese repair firm, with three other leaks earlier this week that pointed to the next iPhone having 1GB of RAM, an NFC chip, and LTE speeds up to 150Mbps.
If the leaks pans out, the iPhone will finally be up to par with the iPad Air, which offers storage capacity options ranging from 16GB to 128GB. While the leak says nothing more than ‘iPhone 6’, earlier reports have suggested Apple will make the 128GB storage option available on the 5.5″ iPhone 6 model expected to be dubbed ‘6L’. There is even a chance Apple slashes the 16GB model on the ‘6L’ and starts at 32GB, rising up to 64GB, then 128GB.
No matter what happens, we’ll find out on September 9th, when Apple is expected to reveal an updated iPhone line.
