Another week has come and gone, and as Apple frantically tries to get enough iPads manufactured in time for the holiday rush, it’s had time to release the first beta of iOS 7.1. Also this week, we saw a new concept, gave our first impressions of the new iPad mini and a couple of accessories caught our eye. As always, headlines are links to the articles.
iOS 7.1 landed earlier this week, and we had a dig around the software and elsewhere to see exactly what was new in the latest version of beta iOS.
Imagine, an iPad mini that’s the same size as an iPod touch and you pretty much have a good handle on this concept. Although the display is unrealistic, we really liked this effort by Arthur Reiss.
We always like to wait at least 3-4 days before writing a full review on our latest gadgets, but that doesn’t mean we can’t share our initial thoughts with you. Since then, I have also written a full review. Let us know your thoughts on that.
I love trying out new accessories, and for the most part, those are cases. Skech has a relatively good record of producing cases for iPhones and iPad, so I tried out the Flipper to see how good its latest offering is.
