One of the best known companies for creating luxury, book-bound/wooden cases for iPad has just made its case cutomizer available for iPad Air users. If you head on over to dodocase.com now you can select from a wide range of designs and materials for the exterior and interior of your case.
Options include having a two-tone or single tone exterior. In other words, whether you want a different color on the spine, or you just want the entire thing one color. Then you can choose solid colors from canvas, patterns or leather. Interior pattern can be chosen too. You can also select which color elastic you want on the outside, and whether or not you want a camera cutout.
As you can see, I went for my own personal favorite combination of black and teal. But you can do anything, including covering the inside of your case with a map of San Francisco or New York, or maybe a really colorgul lining filled with funny looking monsters.
I guess the only downside to all this unique customization is the price. Mine came to just under $90, which is a huge amount more than the BUKcase I reviewed a little while ago for iPad mini. It’s one of those accessories you have to be absolutely certain you want before hitting the “add to cart” button.
