Rumor predicts iOS 7.0.3 will land “sometime next week”

Ios 7

Last week, Apple released iOS 7.0.2. A delta update featuring a patch for THAT lock screen glitch. If rumors are to be believed, the company is already testing the next version of iOS 7 with yet more bug fixes. BGR states that iOS 7.0.3 is in carrier testing, but there’s not definite date on its release.

“We’re not sure exactly when the new software will be released to the public, but we believe it will be sometime next week.”

Like iOS 7.0.2 it should feature some more lock screen bug squashers. That is – of course – if it’s actually on its way. You’ll remember back when iOS 7 was in beta, BGR thrice claimed it new release dates for iOS 7 beta versions. Out of those three times, only once was it right. So there’s no knowing when Apple’s going to make the next delta update available for iOS 7.

It’s nice to see these regular updates. iOS 7 has enough growing pains to work out, and I think it’s good for those to be ironed out now instead of waiting for big updates like 7.1.
