starwarsforcecollectionIf you remember, last month the game “Star Wars: Force Collection” was teased with some images, but now the game is officially available in the App Store. That’s right, Star Wars: Force Collection can be downloaded from the App Store as of today, but beware, it unfortunately has adopted the freemium structure. What that means, for those of you unfamiliar with the term, is that the game is free to download but includes many in-app purchases alongside that.

In the game, there are over 230 unique cards featuring different characters, etc, and the app is universal so once you download it on your iPhone or iPad you will have it on all those devices. Want to know how ridiculous the in-app purchases get? There’s one available to get you 10,000 “crystal pack” for – get this – $99.99. I don’t know about you, but this just seems incredibly outrageous to me. But, that might just be me. I guess we will have to wait and see what happens.

You can download the game here: Star Wars Force Collection.

What do you think? Are you a fan of the game so far? Are you going to buy into the IAPs? Let us know in the comments, or tweet me @TiP_Kyle.
