More leaked photos of budget iPhone and iPhone 5S appear

Screen Shot 2013-07-09 at 3.43.04 PMThe budget or “cheaper” iPhone is all the talk recently, as is the iPhone 5S, what is believed to be Apple’s next generation flagship device. Well, more images of those colorful backs have appeared, as well as a part of what could be the back and sides of the iPhone 5S in the form of the same aluminum body as the current generation iPhone 5. When it comes to these colorful budget iPhone backs, I am beginning to believe their reality more and more every day. While I’m not extremely fond of the idea, they aren’t being aimed at my demographic as much, so that could be a reason. However, it does seem like something that would get the attention of consumers, and definitely would catch on with the younger crowd.

When it comes to the iPhone 5S, I feel like what we are continually seeing is Apple will follow the same routine that it has for the past few years: hardware, software, repeat. This year falling into the software category, which was made pretty obvious with iOS 7’s announcement. The focus this year will be on simply upgrading the iPhone’s internals, and not actually changing the design much (if at all). Think iPhone 4 to 4S. But, as always, these are still rumors, so keep that in mind.

What do you think? Would you buy a colorful iPhone? Wondering if it is real or not? Let us know in the comments, or tweet me @TiP_Kyle.

Pretty cool.  I’d like to grab the blue one, if the specs aren’t too bad.

The iphone 5 is still the better looking phone in my opinion. The screen size is good. I wouldn’t mind the internals being upgraded. I like the current iphone the way it is. I wonder if the new iphone will be anything different though. The “s” usually is just camera and processor boost. Which in my opinion, doesn’t really need it. As far as mega pixels or whatever, the more doesn’t necessarily means better. In fact, most pictures people take with their iPhones stay on the phone and hardly get printed. However, if Apple brought something special this time around like better depth of field to make it more CAMERA-like, I think Apple would really change the camera feature in phones again. I understand why Apple doesn’t change hardware as often as other companies do. Apple likes to keep a design for at least a couple of years because it gives people a chance to adapt to it. And because it takes a long time to perfect the way that Apple wants it to look. Two years is not that bad. Like I said, the current iPhone is brilliant. And the addition to ios 7 is going to make it even better. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Right? I understand that to some people specs mean everything. And that’s okay. To each their own. But there isn’t anything wrong with iPhone.
