Now, while I won’t guarantee that you’ll have abs of steel and the stamina of a race horse after 30 days, I did try this a couple of times before it launched (sneak preview) and it certainly feels effective. I was sweating and my arms and chest were stiff the day after. The app is $0.99 and available in the App Store from today. Its design is beautiful and minimal and you don’t need to fork out cash on expensive equipment. You can do it in the comfort of your own living room. Just keep your curtains closed so your neighbors aren’t forced to deal with the sight of you doing squats and lunges in your underpants.
