Google is working hard to catch up to some of its competitors in the social media world. Facebook and Twitter both had large head starts on the search giant, but Google continues to improve its user experience, and seems to focus a lot on the mobile experience of Google+. While Google will most likely always update Android first, today, the company updated its Google+ app for iOS to include any new features that were included in the previous Android update of the app.
Included in the app are new features such as improvements to related hashtags on the social media app, interactive Google Offers, and also removes the Hangout feature from the app, as that feature has now become a new stand-alone app for iOS and Android.
