T-Mobile iPhone 5 now available for pre-order in US

Screen Shot 2013-04-05 at 11.30.22T-Mobile US’ partnership with Apple officially kicked off last week, with the first T-Mobile iPhone 5s landing in stores by this time next week. But, if you want to make sure you get the device as soon as it’s available you can pre-order it today. Down payment on the 16GB version is $99, 32GB is $199 and the 64GB is $299. In the short term, it saves you $100 up front compared to the other iPhone carriers. After that, you pay off the remaining cost of the phone at a rate of $20 per month plus your price plan. Pre-ordering can be done through T-Mobile direct.

Unlike all other models of the iPhone, the iPhone 5 sold by T-Mobile has been tweaked to be compatible with all of its bandwidths, so you don’t have to worry about being stuck on EDGE speeds, and – where available – you may get 4G LTE speeds too. So, all in all, it’s fantastic value for money.

Are any of you pre-ordering today?

why is the down payment more than the price of the phone?
