Cricket Wireless, the “prepaid” carrier than does no-contract plans, is doing a little bit of changing up of said plans in order to compete with the newly revamped T-Mobile UNcarrier plans. This includes a new “family plan” that comes in at $40 per line for two smartphones. What that gets you is unlimited talk, text, and data (1GB full speed). Not a bad deal, right? Not to mention, this was the first prepaid carrier to get the iPhone, and still of course offers that. The next plans begin at $50 for the same but one phone, $60 for the same plus 2.5GB full speed data, and $70 raises that to 5GB. The previously available plans that Cricket had to offer began at $55.
What do you think? Will you be switching to Cricket? Already on Cricket? Let us know in the comments, and tweet me @TiP_Kyle.
