iOS gets Martian Watches app ahead of launch

Shortly before shipping is due to begin on units, Martian Watches has released iOS and Android apps ahead of its launch.

Martian Watches is a Kickstarter project which received tremendous support last year, and thanks to fundraising, is now set to become a reality. The Martian Watch utilises the native voice control of a device, such as Siri, allowing you to place ans Answer calls, send and receive texts, and set reminders and events just as Siri would do for you. However, the watch allows you to speak directly to your wrist, rather than pull out your phone.

It’s also capable of giving you notifications via an LED light, and OLED text display and vibration!

Martian Watches’ new app now adds two major feature to these watches, remote camera control and social network updates, as well as some more minor features such as vibration level control and the ability to active Find my iPhone.
