HiddenApps developer account “terminated” after iPhone app was pulled from App Store
Earlier this week, we brought you news that a fancy new app had somehow made its way in to the App Store. HiddenApps allowed users to hide stock iOS apps with a simple “poof”. Obviously, this went against Apple’s policies – completely changing the way iOS was built. It didn’t take long for the app to be pulled from iTunes.
Today, the developer who created the program, @idoodler on twitter, tweeted 9to5mac and iDownloadBlog to confirm that not only was the app gone, but so was his developer status. Apple has terminated his dev account, and he can no longer develop or release anything on the App Store.
