AT&T is on a roll recently, seemingly lighting up 4G LTE markets almost at will. The “big blue” network operator is clearly intent on catching up with Verizon’s level of coverage. As noted by our friends at Phonedog, the updates include the following:
- Sebring, Fla.
- Athens, Ohio
- Dyersburg and Ripley, Tenn.
- Waterbury and Meriden, Conn. (includes portions of Cheshire, Meriden, Prospect, Waterbury and Wolcott)”
Yet more places where you can use your iPhone to browse the web at superfast speeds. The carrier has set itself an amibitious target of covering 250 million people with its 4G network by the end of this year, a figure that should increase to 300 million by the end of 2014.
