Modern art is a take it or leave it thing for me, but I do like this work of Maico Akiba. In a series named “100 years later”, he imagines how your everyday items might look after a century of decay and nature taking its course. One item which stood out alongside cuckoo clocks, boots and cameras was an iPhone.
Would an iPhone’s display still look so clear in 100 years? Probably not. But we can let the artist have that one can’t we?
