Jailbreak tweak AssistantEnhancer makes Siri more useful

If you’re like me, you thought Siri was the coolest thing ever… for about 10 minutes. It really doesn’t take long for the novelty factor to wear off. Luckily for those of you out there with jailbroken iPhones, a new tweak restores much of that awe factor back to your iPhone’s digital assistant, making her more useful than ever before!

AssistantEnhancer, available in Cydia now for $2 on both iPhones and iPads, allows users to increase the functionality of Siri and give her new features. Of the many features, you can now use Siri to play music from Spotify, Pandora, and Grooveshark. The tweak also allows users to tell Siri to change settings, such as turning on and off WiFi, Bluetooth, and change screen brightness. In addition, AssistantEnhancer will give Siri the ability to search the App Store, look up lyrics to songs, and allow Siri to remember where you parked. If you forget where you parked your car, Siri will then direct you to your car by map. If you’re interested in trying out AssistantEnhancer, head on over to Cydia to check it out!
