For any Apple TV users out there, Bloomberg is reporting that there will be more content coming to your device soon assuming you’re an HBO subscriber.
Bloomberg has reported that HBO and Apple have reached a deal that will bring HBO GO content to Apple’s set-top device within the first half of this year.
According to the Bloomberg article:
“Cable and satellite subscribers who pay for HBO will be able to watch more than 600 hours of films and television shows on Apple TV, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the talks are private. Apple TV is a set-top device that streams content purchased on iTunes and via other online services to consumers’ televisions.”
Bloomberg also notes that Apple is hoping the addition of HBO content will be a way to increase sales of the device and make it more useful than other Apple TV competitors.
