Yet again, the court has thwarted Apple’s attempt at banning the Galaxy Nexus – which is of course built by Samsung. A U.S. Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington upheld a decision that earlier ruled the same result, that the Galaxy Nexus won’t be banned for the, what is currently a little over a year’s time that leads up to the March 2014 court trial. This particular case does not include patents that were used in the case that awarded Apple $1.05 billion from the Korean company. As Reuters points out though, this may not be over, as Apple still has the option to take this to the U.S. Supreme Court. It is unlikely however for it to overturn this.
What do you think? Should the Galaxy Nexus be banned from sale? Is it worth it to block this from sale at this point? Let us know in the comments, or tweet me @TiP_Kyle.
