SmartGlass for iOS updated with iPhone 5 support, finally
If you have an Xbox 360 and also use an iPhone 5, you are going to be happy. Microsoft released an application a little while ago called SmartGlass, which is a neat little piece of software. What this allows you to do is control your Xbox 360 from your iPhone. You can navigate the menus, play/pause music, use your iPhone keyboard on the Xbox, browse the internet on your Xbox using the iPhone to control it, and much more. There is where iPhone 5 users will be happy though – it was finally updated to support the iPhone 5. Yes, finally. Here is the extremely simple change log:
What’s New in Version 2.1
• iPhone 5 Support
• Bug Fixes
So, in essence, all this did was update it for Cupertino’s latest device. This seems long overdue in my opinion, but then again some other apps still aren’t updated as well. If you are interested in getting this and you don’t have it yet, check out the source link below.
What do you think? Glad to finally see the update? Do you use this app? Let us know in the comments, or tweet me @TiP_Kyle.
