Chinese blog points out the obvious, putting your iPhone 5 in your back pocket could bend it

So, apparently, if you have your iPhone 5 in your back pocket, and you sit on it, there is a possibility of it bending…wait, what? I don’t know many people who put their phone in their back pocket to begin with, let alone sit on it. So I guess to me it was common sense that if you sit on something made out of then aluminum, it would bend. The user that first brought this up was unable to get the device replace at their local Apple Store because this was man-made damage, therefore not covered under the standard warranty. Look below for a gallery of other bent iPhones.

What do you think? Has this happened to you? Know anyone that has incurred this? Let us know in the comments, or tweet me @TiP_Kyle.
