It seems like there’s a major outage every couple of weeks with Apple’s iCloud and network based services. Whether its iMessages, FaceTime, the App Store or any other service, Cupertino’s been having a tough time keeping it all together in recent times. Thankfully, the company has now launched a brand new, and more in-depth system status page which indicates which services are working, and which have “issues”. Previously, it was a very minimal selection which simply showed recent and current issues in a list. Below the new chart above is also a calendar view, which indicates when particular services were out of action and for how long. All-in-all, it’s a much needed improvement, and one which Apple users will find infinitely more useful.
