Apple’s new iMacs, the latest iteration of company’s insanely successful all-in-one computers, will officially go on sale tomorrow, November 30th. The Cupertino-based company assured customers that these computers would launch in November when they were announced back in September, and it seems it will just make that deadline.
And while in the US we only have a few hours left, it’s still hard not to be envious of Australian Apple customers who, because of the time difference, are now able to get their hands on Apple’s latest toy. Just to refresh your memory, there are two versions of the new iMac: a 21.5-inch version with a 2.7-gigahertz quad-core Intel Core i5 processor and Nvidia GeForce GT 640M graphics which starts at $1,299. There’s also a larger 27-inch iMac, the base model of which features a 2.9-gigahertz quad-core Intel Core i5 and GeForce GTX 660M graphics. This model will go for $1,799 when it launches in December (only the 21.5-inch model launches tomorrow).
