An interesting Securities and Exchange Commission filing hit the web today. Apparently Bob Mansfield, Apple’s Senior Vice PResident of Technologies, sold 35,000 shares of Apple stock at $582.21 a share on Wednesday which, if you can do the math, amounts to a whopping $20.4 million dollars.
This is a heft amount of money, but it’s nothing when you consider that Mansfield still claims over 29,000 additional shares, with 150,000 more in options scheduled to come in June 2013 and March 2016, provided he still works for the Cupertino-based tech giant. All in all, it’s gotta be a good day to be Bob Mansfield.
