Belkin keyboard for the iPad mini announced
I’m a huge fan of iPad keyboards (when they’re done right). Having used a couple of great models by ZAGG, I’m hooked, and often use the smaller form factor tablets to type up reviews. It’s distraction-free typing at its best. If you thought ZAGG and Logitech had the market to themselves though, you’re wrong. Belkin has just launched what looks like a very credible option for the iPad mini.
The Belkin Portable Keyboard Case was announced yesterday and will set you back $79.99. It features:
- Well-spaced keys with tactile feedback for accurate typing
- Shortcut keys for easy media control
- Connects to iPad mini via Bluetooth
- Durable exterior and soft inner lining
- Removable keyboard for more comfortable, convenient typing angles
- Keyboard folds flat when not in use, making it ideal for on the go
- 155 hours active battery life
- Includes USB-to-mini-USB cable for easy recharging
- Camera-lens cutout
The keyboard will be available soon, but, you can pre-order it from Amazon.com now. It’ll be available at Belkin.com and Walmart sometime later this month.
