Android 4.1 and Galaxy Note 10.1 added to Apple’s lawsuit against Samsung
Apple and Samsung, these lawsuits will never end, will they. According to Bloomberg, Apple decided today to include the Galaxy Note 10.1 and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean (though, no word on if TouchWiz is playing a part) in an already existing lawsuit. This move makes some sense, seeing as Samsung decided to add the iPhone 5 to its list, just as it promised.
If you remember, Apple has already won a court case against Samsung where Apple was awarded over $1 billion in damages. Apple being what it is though, is asking for more. The motion that Apple put forth today isn’t scheduled to go on trial until 2014, so we have some time until anything related to this particular case should be decided.

These lawsuits do nothing but stifle innovation. Apple accuses android manufacturers of stealing ideas from apple while apple takes things from android(like the notification bar). Apple needs to stop. No one would bother suing apple if they didn't start this crap. They're like greedy little children. Like the one in Willy Wonka.
