Jailbreaking and pirating are completely different things. True one opens door for the other, but so does the internet open the full door to piracy.

It all determines what you're using jail breaks for(customization, modding games, making it international friendly) but stealing/counterfeiting/copy right and cheating no sir way should it be legal then.

Why are Android users so bloody dumb? This is NOT an Apple issue but a govt ruling. If you cant read, ask someone. Oh and this applies to ALL devices, including Android.

Kiss my what? Were I to be so inclined as to wast money on an iAnything, It would be mine. I'll do whatever I please to it. Lets ban aftermarket car stuff too while we're at it, all that stuff detracts from the original intent and design.
