iPad (4th gen) vs. Nexus 10 – Spec Sheet Comparison

Google was supposed to have a big Android event today, however due to a hurricane set to hit the area it was going to be held, the event was cancelled. That didn’t stop it from announcing some new products via Press Release, however. One of those new products includes a Nexus 10 tablet, which brings the “Pure Google” experience into the world of 10-inch tablets. Below we have a list of the specs found in the new Nexus 10 compared to the recently announced iPad (4th generation).

As you can see, each has its stronger area. The new Google tablet certainly will be a successful contender in the marketplace, but is it too late to hurt Apple’s marketshare? Time will tell. This was a strategic time to release the new tablet, as the holidays are right around the corner. Which will you ask for?

I am having a hard time trying to figure out what K.F means when he says “As you can see, each has its stronger area.”

The only thing I see is the LTE and 64GB versions, both, bear in mind, are in the $800 range.

To counter my argument, the same comparision spec sheet for the iPhone 5 and Nexus 4, has validity with advantages on both phone.

    Not trolling, just wondering.

I know that many apple fanboys will flock to anything with an Apple logo, butt even they should see that the newest iPad is outdated already.
