With the release of iOS 6 today, of course, comes Passbook. Passbook is somewhat Apple’s ‘answer’ to NFC and e-wallets. Apps are beginning to get updated to support the new Apple-standard, and AppShopper has a list of all the apps available that include Passbook support. I’m hoping a lot of companies catch on to this, as I would love to decrease the number of plastic cards and paper coupons I seem to always have.
